ChamberLab — внутрішня програма лабораторії для керування кліматичними камерами. Нею користуються лише працівники, яких адміністратор лабораторії вніс до списку користувачів.
Що ChamberLab отримує від Google
Під час входу через Google програма запитує лише базові дані акаунта (openid,
email, profile): адресу пошти й те, що Google її підтвердив. Ім'я та фото профілю
Google теж передає, але ChamberLab їх не використовує й не зберігає. Доступу до листів, файлів, контактів
чи інших даних Google програма не отримує.
Навіщо
Лише щоб знайти обліковий запис ChamberLab, якому адміністратор вписав цю адресу. Після цього людина ще вводить свій PIN. Якщо такої адреси серед користувачів немає, вхід не відбувається.
Що зберігається і де
- Адреса пошти — в обліковому записі користувача; її вносить адміністратор.
- Журнал дій: час входу, адреса пошти, IP-адреса, вдалий чи ні. Записи видаляються автоматично через 30 днів (якщо адміністратор не задав інший строк).
- Службові cookie браузера, потрібні для самого входу.
Усе це зберігається лише на сервері лабораторії. Доступ ззовні проходить через захищений тунель Cloudflare.
Кому передаємо
Нікому. Дані не продаються, не передаються третім особам і не використовуються для реклами. Використання даних, отриманих через API Google, відповідає Google API Services User Data Policy, зокрема вимогам Limited Use.
Як видалити дані
Зверніться до адміністратора вашої лабораторії: він прибере адресу пошти або весь обліковий запис. Відкликати доступ ChamberLab до вашого акаунта Google можна будь-коли на сторінці myaccount.google.com/connections.

ChamberLab is an internal laboratory application for controlling climate chambers. It is used only by staff members whom the laboratory administrator has added as users.
What ChamberLab receives from Google
When you sign in with Google, the app requests only basic account information (openid,
email, profile): your email address and the fact that Google has verified it.
Google also sends your profile name and picture, but ChamberLab neither uses nor stores them. The app gets no
access to your mail, files, contacts or any other Google data.
Why
Only to find the ChamberLab account to which the administrator has assigned this email address. The person then still enters their own PIN. If no user has this address, sign-in does not proceed.
What is stored and where
- The email address, in the user's account; it is entered by the administrator.
- The activity log: sign-in time, email address, IP address and whether sign-in succeeded. Entries are deleted automatically after 30 days unless the administrator sets a different period.
- Technical browser cookies required for sign-in itself.
All of this is stored only on the laboratory's own server. Access from outside the laboratory network goes through a secure Cloudflare tunnel.
Sharing
None. The data is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising. ChamberLab's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data
Ask your laboratory administrator, who can remove your email address or your whole account. You can revoke ChamberLab's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
